We are so thrilled and excited for our 2015 season; we will make announcements about the upcoming year shortly. Here's a little tidbit. Our 2015 Playwright in Residence is Christopher Daniels. Daniels, who most recently wrote and starred in his own one-man show at GLM, is working fervently on a new project that is set to premiere next year. However, in order to complete his project he needs your help! He is looking for personal anecdotes, stories, and feelings relating to LGBTQ culture and the bar scene over the past 50 years - specifically 1973, 1993, and 2013. You do not need to identify as LGBTQ in order to fill out the survey, as long as you have experience with the LGBTQ community. All responses are anonymous. Daniels will simply use responses to ensure his work is historically accurate and reflects authentic emotions of the time. Thank you in advance for you help!

THE NETWORK by Christian Kiley: Social networks are everywhere. Although they offer us new opportunities to communicate, they also give us the opportunity to initiate conflict. Friendships can be destroyed as quickly as they're created online. The Network is a look at the changing world and the impact that social networks have on our society. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, often with moments of real human passion and the desire to be heard, The Network reminds us that while social networks may be with us for a long while, we must decide how to use them. We must consider that the potential for harsh, derisive, and hurtful behavior is now part of our lives around the clock. But ultimately we make the final choice GLM thanks Bryan Bedera, Brent Forbush, and Michael Peters! As Good Luck Macbeth moves forward, we recognize Bryan Bedera, Brent Forbush, and Michael Peters for their faithful service on our Board of Directors; we wish them well in resigning from the Board to pursue other ventures. Bryan Bedera lent his valuable marketing and promotion expertise over the past year, bringing a depth to GLM’s planning and outreach. Brent Forbush served GLM as Treasurer since 2009, maintaining an active presence at our front of house while keeping GLM’s books. Likewise, Michael Peters has been with GLM since the beginning; he and his wife Diane have been two of our company’s greatest supporters, including becoming members of our Baker’s Dozen. Michael has acted in numerous productions with GLM: The Fantasticks, The Woman in Black, Hamlet, Love Letters, Twelfth Night— and we hope to see him grace GLM’s stage again soon! Mr. Bedera, Mr. Forbush, and Mr. Peters all graciously gave their time, energy, and support to GLM, and we have the utmost gratitude for their efforts.
